Canon De Sol was another fantastic wine I tried over the summer. According to the website, Canon De Sol was the first Hispanic owned winery in Organ. A lot of body to this true Merlot. It is Fruit forward, but it is far from being a fruit bomb. Great wine that will impress even the most discriminating of wine connoisseurs.
